The MCW 300 Mobile Computer Workstation is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel and steel using the latest in technology for ergonomic design. It boasts a variety of injury prevention components while standing up to the most extreme environments.
Operators can now go mobile with their computer workstations. It moves effortlessly across most surfaces and will fit through standard size doorways. The cabinet doors have been designed to swing 270º out of the users way.  This feature takes up less space and reduces the possibility of obstructing other equipment moving within the same vicinity.
The MCW 300 is a self contained mobile computing workstation allowing the end user to perform a multitude of tasks. It is designed to house all the equipment necessary to perform daily routines while providing a Neutral Reach Zone. The SoftView professional sliding keyboard and mouse platform with lower mouse option minimizes the risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
 Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI's) such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome are the fastest growing category of workplace injuries and account for 60 percent of all workplace illnesses. The key to RSI protection of the hands and wrists is to maintain low risk arm and wrist postures throughout the day. The MCW 300's SoftView keyboard and mouse can be raised or lowered up to 10 inches allowing the operator to achieve sustainable neutral postures, and at the same time, encourages safe postures for the neck, shoulders and back.
 The keyboard and mouse platforms are made of a new ultra strong composite and are super thin (.25"). Their light weight makes angle and height adjustments a snap, not a chore. The platforms can be set with a negative slope which assures that the wrists maintain a safe, neutral angle.
The MCW 300 offers complete monitor adjustability. The SoftView Air-Float monitor arm incorporates a pneumatic lift allowing the monitor to float from 1 to 14 inches above the work surface so the user can keep the top line of the display in line with their eyes. Adjustments in position of even the largest monitors can be made with a mere push or pull of the fingertips.
 The printer drawer is designed with operator convenience in mind. It is positioned as high as possible allowing easy access to printouts and printer functions. The drawer layout accommodates most dot matrix, ink jet, and laser printers. Space behind printer can be used for rear fed paper applications or storage. Adequate space has also been designed under the printer drawer for additional storage of media, books, supplies, etc...
 We've configured the MCW 300 so it will house a variety of equipment. It measures 46.0" (W) x 42.375" (H) x 30.0" (D). The CPU can be positioned vertically or horizontally and a label maker can be placed in three different locations. Power to the workstation is controlled through a single switch which can be conveniently located inside the cabinet within the operators reach.
Louvered air vents are strategically positioned at the rear of the cabinet to allow sufficient air flow for cooling of computer equipment.
